  3. Being Honest- Mediation isn't for everyone, but we encourage you to give it a try before disregarding. This will take commitment and willingness to learn and advance, we never said it would be easy .
  4. Allow us to lead by example, join our online mediations everyday, or tune in and watch our videos at anytime to see how we do what we do!

What To Expect

  1. Learning to meditate is no different from achieving a fitness goal. Consistency is your best friend.  First start 5 min meditation, moving to 10 min meditations and so forth, until you have achieved a 45 min mediation successfully.  We encourage everyone to mediate every day to three times a week. This doesn't mean you can't start with one day a week.
  2. Patience is key to your success with meditation.  Patience to silence the mind, patience to master the skill and give yourself time to experience the spiritual benefits. Perseverance will help you achieve this goal. You may fail 20 times as long you you keep going until you succeed the 21st time around.
  3. Last but not least experience being awakened and embracing that everything in the universe is interconnected, leaving behind ignorance of spirituality.
